Hops is best known for its use in making beer but did you know about the medical and therapeutic benefits?

Hops medicinal uses include calming the nervous system to assist with anxiety, stress and tension, sleeplessness or insomnia, restlessness and irritability. What even better is there have been loads of clinical scientific trails and hops when taken for sleeplessness or insomnia caused no drowsiness or unwanted side effects the next day.

Hops is often combined with other calming herbs, such as valerian, chamomile and lavender to really promote relaxation and calmness. It can be consumed therapeutically in various ways including:
