Soak in a warm bath

Take 20 minutes out of your day and soak in a bath. I realise not everyone has access to a bath but we all have a bucket, Sure it's not as glamorous but you can easily soak your feet in a bucket of warm water. Just add in some Epsom salts and soak for 15 minutes.

Now go and get warm and make a toast enjoying winter!
