Private yoga classes melbourne
Individual or group private yoga classes are the perfect way to refine your practice with more attention and care.
whether it be breath work, alignment, meditation or yoga philosophy, these sessions are a powerful tool that allow you to go deeper into your practice and focus on what's important to you.
Classes can be booked for 45 minutes to two hours.
Choose your backdrop
Private yoga sessions can be scheduled at the Your Health Revolution Wellness Clinic or in the privacy of your home, apartment or hotel room. All yoga equipment and props will be provided.

About Lydia's yoga teaching
Lydia is passionate about transforming your health and was initially attracted to the physical challenges in ‘asana’ practice but soon discovered that yoga provided so much more. An advocate for total body harmony,
Lydia finds yoga an amazing platform to nurture inside-out-wellness. With a passion for teaching fiery flowing vinyasa and calming and meditative yin yoga to cultivate life-balance.
Teaching yoga provides a space to cultivate growth, freedom, self love and develop a deeper connection with the mind and body.
Lydia completed 200 hour yoga training at Power Living Australia, 65 hour Prenatal & Postnatal yoga training with Ana Davis at Bliss Baby Yoga and 30 hour Yin training at Yoke Yoga with Jen Crescenzo.
