No need to travel hours to Byron Bay or the Yarra Valley to take your PAUSE. The Retreat is set in inner Melbourne lux space, so you arrive within 5-10m from home, to kick off an afternoon of bliss.

Led by two female health experts and founders of successful health and wellbeing clinics - Anna Merret, an Osteopath and Remedial Masseuse from Brunswick West Osteopathy and Lydia Cotter an Integrative Naturopath and Yoga Teacher from Your Health Revolution.

 

Lydia and Anna’s commitment to holistic health and their genuine desire to foster community aim to make the retreat a transformative experience for all who participate.

FAQs

Do I need to bring anything?
All equipment like yoga mats, blocks, straps etc will be provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

 

What should I wear?

Something comfortable to move and relax like active wear, trackies or flowy pants and a fitted top. Bring your swimmers and hat too so you can float in the heated plunge pool. 

Do you cover dietary restrictions?

Absolutely, we will reach out to you once booked to confirm what your dietary requirements are.
