POWER FLOW – energetic flowing classes

 

A powerful and dynamic flowing yoga practice that connects breath with movement to strengthen the mind and tone the body. This Vinyasa inspired 60 minute class builds stability, balance and flexibility.

 

Designed for all levels – we recommend taking a few foundation classes prior for new yogis.

SLOW FLOW – energetic flowing classes

 

A strong practice that is slower paced with postures held for longer periods. This yoga style is fluid and physically dynamic so you’ll feel energised and motivated after class.

 

This class is designed for all levels of experience. We recommend beginners take a few foundation classes prior for new yogis.

FOUNDATION FLOW- hatha basics classes

 

The 60 minute foundation hatha yoga class is designed to strengthen, lengthen and open your body and mind.  

 

This class is perfect for new yogis or those wanting to build strength, balance and flexibility while focusing on the foundations of a yoga practice.

YIN - restorative classes

 

Yin Yoga uses restorative, floor-based poses to nourish and stimulate the body.

 

Postures are held for longer periods of time with the support of props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets to enable the body to gently stretch and relax into the pose. This allows a deep release of tension in the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia) to help improve flexibility and create a feeling of space and freedom in your body.

Yin is suitable for yogis of all levels.

PREGNANCY - natal classes

 

Learn how to practice yoga safely and take good care of yourself during pregnancy.

 

This nurturing 60 minute natal yoga class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

 

The classes are conducted in small groups and in a non-heated room. You will be guided through a gentle practice designed specifically for you and your growing baby. Each class will focus on connecting breath with gentle flowing movement to support you both physically and emotionally.

 

A regular yoga practice throughout pregnancy can help ease common ailments such as fluid retention, back pain, headaches and muscle aches, as well as supporting correct body posture and awareness.
